1. Service scope and operator

FeedbackMosaic is operated by an individual independent developer based in China. FeedbackMosaic provides product information and a user-initiated workflow for extracting public comments and reviews from supported pages.

2. Lawful use

You are responsible for using the service lawfully and respecting platform terms, privacy, intellectual property, and access controls. You must not use FeedbackMosaic to bypass challenges, access restrictions, rate limits, or authentication; collect private content without authority; or upload Cookies and credentials.

3. Public-page variability

Platforms can change page structure, availability, sorting, and access rules. Results may be incomplete or unavailable. A partial result is not a guarantee of full page coverage.

4. Your data and exports

You are responsible for how you store, use, and share exported data. Public availability does not remove all legal or ethical duties relating to personal data and copyrighted material.

5. No professional advice

FeedbackMosaic outputs are research evidence, not legal, financial, or investment advice. Engagement and comment counts do not prove sales or market demand.

6. Availability and changes

Supported sources and product capabilities may change as platforms and the product evolve. “Coming soon” is not a guaranteed release date.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by laws applicable to the operator in the People's Republic of China, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
